If there is a problem with the sizes you have provided please contact us in writing, by post, fax or email and we will endeavour to help you.

Faulty or Damaged Items
Sun Shade Systems is happy to consider replacement/refund of any goods that are confirmed faulty or received damaged.

If you wish to return any faulty or damaged goods, please first contact us in writing, by fax or email prior to despatch stating your name, address, telephone number, email address, order reference, WorldPay transaction reference, date of purchase, item/s purchased, and the order total. This will help us to ensure a prompt service. DO NOT return goods without first contacting us.

As soon as we receive the goods we will consider and action your request, this will be confirmed to you by e-mail using the e-mail address you notified us with.
